Abstract

This paper analize the basic characteristics of juvenile crime as well as penal and law reaction in the Republic of Macedonia for the period of 1998- 2007 year in all fazes of the process. The data from macedonian sample are compared with juvenile deliquents from the total data of criminality in Croatia, Bulgaria, and Serbia, for the same period. Penal and law reaction on juvenile crime in Macedonia is also commented in this paper.
