This paper presents findings gained from a research performed for determining the possible difference in the preference level of the vainable orientations as desirable personality attributes, between adolescents
with a different form of family affective connection. The research has been conducted on a suitable sample of 88 examinees at 14 and 15 years of age from Skopje. The family affective connection has been measured
by a Questionnaire for evaluation of the family affective connection, while the preference of certain valuable orientations has been measured by the V-PAL scale.
The result processing was made by using descriptive statistics procedures, and ANOVA was used for testing the basic hypothesis. Based on the received results, it can be conclude that the basic hypothesis of the research has been partially confirmed. Although the adolescents are socialized with a different form offamily affective connection, they show much more similarities than differences in the valuable orientations.
