Abstract

In the research, information is presentedfor the situation of the jm’eniles who has done criminal acts here in Europe and also in some other countries abroad. In addition, criteria is given for limiting the age limit for existing guilty for the abovementioned juveniles, as well as the sense and the meaning of the upper and lower limit.
Also, the difference in certain legislations is presented about the fixing of the upper and lower age limit for the existing responsibility for the committed crime.
In the research, the jurisdiction of the judicial authorities as well as the authorities for social protection is explained. The possibilities in certain countries are presented for applying positive law regulations for juveniles who has done criminal acts at young majors.
