Abstract

The world history after the World War II was marked with specific international relations. Many crises appeared in this period which could grow to a new world conflict. That was a global attempt to make a change in the relations of the powers. The destruction of the German armed forces brought radical changes in the relations between USSR and west democratic countries. With the destruction of the Germany, they destroyed their only enemy, who connect them during the war. The condition after the war indicated more the end of the war rafter than the beginning of the peace. The war alliance was replaced with the cold war, which come to the fore in the Berlin crisis, when the world was in front of the danger from the beginning of the new war.
