Abstract

In 2018, the Faculty of Philosophy from Skopje
receives a project for the first time within the Erasmus +
program, having the role of coordinator of the project.
The main goal is to develop a learning management
system for humanities and social sciences, which will
be accessible for persons with disabilities. In addition to
the Faculty of Philosophy as a coordinator, the project
will be realized in partnership with the Univeristy of
Aveiro in Portugal, University of Vilnius in Lithuania
and the European Training Center in Copenhagen,
Denmark. It is part of the key action 2, more
specifically cooperation for innovation and good
practice exchange.
Guided by the main goal of creating a generic model of
an accessible learning management system in the field
of humanities and social sciences, the project also sets
other goals: Creating a methodological framework for
an accessible learning managent system and selecting an
appropriate system; Design and implementation of
accessible software for managing a complex database
for students with disabilities; Creating a mobile
application for the system; Creation and on-line
implementation of training modules for the application
of the learning management system for people with
disabilities.
