Biomedically Assisted Reproduction in the Republic of Slovenia and the Republic of Macedonia

Abstract

In this article, through a comparative analysis of the Law on
Biomedical Assisted Fertilization of the Republic of Macedonia and
the Law on Infertility Treatment and Bio- Medically Assisted
Procreation of the Republic of Slovenia, we will point out to some of
the contentious and problematic issues related to the artificial
insemination in these legal codes.
