Regulation issues and its reflection in practice

Abstract

The paper will deal with the deviations from the legal regulations of the system of protection of
human rights by the Macedonian Constitutional Court, including the non-existence of a special
law that will regulate the status and organization of the Court. Without going into detailed
analysis, this paper, through numbers, will present the poor practice of the Macedonian
Constitutional Court, which is unequivocally a direct consequence of the shortcomings that will
be identified in the paper.
