Subjective well-being as feeling-sublimate of satisfaction with life and the quality of emotional experiences is influenced by the way of how we live our lifes, aspirations which we pursue, life goals we follow. Research and explanations in the literature show that pursuing intrinsic instead of extrinsic life goals and values is positive related with higher subjective well-being.
