All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

This journal is committed to protecting the privacy of authors, reviewers, and readers. The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

1. Personal Data Collection

The journal collects the following personal information during the submission and peer-review process:

  • Name and surname

  • Email address

  • Institutional affiliation

  • Country and professional role

  • ORCID iD (optional)

  • Metadata related to submissions, reviews, and editorial decisions

This information is required for communication, authorship verification, peer review management, and publication.

2. Use of Personal Data

Personal data are used only for:

  • Managing manuscript submissions and editorial workflow

  • Communicating with authors, reviewers, and editors

  • Maintaining the scholarly record

  • Generating anonymized statistical reports

  • Indexing and metadata distribution to third-party services (e.g., Crossref, DOAJ, Scopus)

No personal data will be sold, rented, or shared with unauthorized third parties.

3. Reviewer Anonymity

This journal uses a double-blind peer-review process.
Reviewer identities are kept strictly confidential unless reviewers voluntarily choose to reveal themselves.

4. Data Storage and Security

All data are stored on secure servers managed by the journal’s hosting institution.
Standard security measures are applied to prevent:

  • unauthorized access

  • misuse

  • loss or alteration of data

Only authorized editorial team members have access to user data.

5. Retention of Personal Data

Personal information associated with published articles becomes part of the official scholarly record and will be preserved indefinitely.
Personal data belonging to users with inactive accounts may be deleted upon request, except where retention is legally required.

The journal may share article metadata (not personal contact information) with:

  • Crossref (for DOI registration)

  • Archiving programs (LOCKSS, CLOCKSS, PKP PN)

These services process only metadata necessary for citation, indexing, and preservation.

  • correction of inaccurate data

  • restriction of processing (where applicable)
