SECURITY LAW AS AN EMERGING TOOL IN THE CURRENT TRANSITION OF LEGAL SYSTEMS
Abstract
The author deals with the concept of security, its expanded understanding and its embedding,
especially in contemporary Criminal Law. One of the typical lines of policy here is the turn
towards more prevention and a higher number of incriminations of predicate offences, giving
examples from the Serbian criminal legislation.
